Description

The organization VNG International, which carries out the programme on behalf of PLATFORMA (The European platform of associations of local authorities that invest in North-South cooperation), asked ACE Europe for support and advice in the development of an M & E system and an evaluation of the pilot phase of the program. ACE Europe reconstructed a theory of change, developed tools for data collection (outcome harvesting, reporting formats, surveys, ...), ensured the quality of the evaluation, analyzed the data and wrote the report.
