Description

The Province of Antwerp called for an evaluation of two regional projects, and more particularly for a qualitative and quantitative assessment of the partnership relations over the past five years. The aim is assess the achievement of the objectives related to capacity building and strengthening of networking in the provinces. This evaluation should support a reflection on the extent to which cooperation with provinces in the South can contribute to the strengthening of government capacity. The evaluation is carried out in Guatemala and the Philippines.
