ACE Europe has applied a participatory approach that is steered by the Karama project management officer with advisory support from ACE Europe. ACE Europe has facilitated a process of developing an M&E system for Karama, of which the various steps are documented and described in a practical and user-friendly M&E guide (with instructions and tools) that can support Karama members to enhance their M&E practices.
