ACE Europe develops training schemes tailored to an organization’s specific needs. We have experience in training local authorities, local and social organizations, NGOs, networks and federations.  Training programmes on various subjects are possible: Project Cycle Management,  assessment, Theory of Change (ToC), capacity building, lobbying, etc. We offer low threshold training or  or advanced trainings, depending on the demand. Our style is interactive and participatory, because we believe that learning is first and foremost a social process. The knowledge and experience present among participants constitute our point of departure. For in-house training of teams, we take the time for a thorough intake to understand the needs, demands and organizational structure.
