Description

More specifically, it concerns lessons learned workshops, continental meetings and a fund for innovation. The findings of field missions to Haiti and Madagascar were checked via skype against the experiences of partner organizations in the other countries. The evaluation used theories of capacity building, social learning, the learning cycle of Kolb and the learning organization. The recommendations were dealt with in a learning workshop with the team with view to improving the approach to learning.
