The methodology consisted of the following components: an ACODEV training course, basic training, ToC evaluation and review workshop, advanced training and reporting.
This learning process enabled the ANCGs to critically review the ToCs already developed and deepen their mastery of the tool and its principles. This ensured that this tool will be better used to build and clarify the logic of the ANCGs' interventions, both internally and with their partners and the DGD. Under the current 2017-2021 programme, this track also allowed ANCGs to reformulate their ToCs based on the interim findings and progress made.
